This information is used to respond to your questions, schedule tours or appointments you request, route your request to the appropriate leasing team or system, and maintain and improve the Chatbot.

Information you share with the Chatbot may be provided to the service providers that operate the Chatbot and our scheduling and leasing systems, consistent with the “How We Disclose Information” section below. We do not use Chatbot conversations for advertising, and we do not sell this information. You are not required to use the Chatbot; you can reach us directly using the contact information provided on our website instead.

How We Disclose Information

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our Sites and business, such as our website platform provider, hosting provider, analytics provider, and property management software providers. These service providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide services to us.
